Terms of Service

These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using Menu 2 Website. By creating an account, uploading menus, or accessing generated sites you agree to this agreement. Last updated April 22, 2026.

1. Overview

Menu 2 Website is a hosted platform that converts restaurant menus into accessible, SEO-ready websites. The service includes image uploads, AI-assisted extraction, editorial tools, and hosted publishing.

  • “We,” “our,” and “Menu 2 Website” refer to the Menu 2 Website product team.
  • “You” or “Customer” refers to the person or organization registering for an account.
  • Additional product details are outlined in the Menu 2 Website Product Requirements Document shared during onboarding.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract for your business.
  • Account owners are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and safeguarding passwords.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Services & Features

Core functionality is described on the marketing site and includes uploads, AI extraction, review workspace, publishing, and analytics (for Pro tiers).

  • Features may evolve; material changes will be communicated via dashboard notices or email.
  • Beta features may be marked as experimental and can be modified or discontinued without notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Only upload content you own or have permission to digitize.
  • Ensure menu data is accurate and compliant with local disclosure requirements.
  • Respect end-user privacy when embedding generated sites on third-party platforms.
  • Provide timely approvals when collaborating with our team so projects can be delivered on schedule.

5. Plans & Billing

  • Free plans are limited to one project and include Menu 2 Website branding.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.

6. AI-Generated Output

  • AI-generated suggestions may contain inaccuracies. You must review and approve content before publishing.
  • We may use anonymized menu data to improve extraction accuracy and styling models.
  • You retain ownership of your original menu content and any approved edits.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All platform software, branding, and templates are owned by Menu 2 Website.
  • You grant us a license to host and process uploaded menus solely to provide the service.
  • Feedback you submit may be used to improve the service without additional compensation.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may retain backups for a limited period for compliance.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
  • Upon termination we will disable hosted sites and delete stored assets per our data retention schedule.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
  • Our liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding three months or USD $100.
  • We are not responsible for loss of revenue arising from incorrect menu data or third-party outages.
